ecigg is committed to delivering a quality customer
experience. We will warranty any defective products within 30 days(excluding the following: atomizers, cartomizers, cartridges, and drip tips). Simply complete the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), place the
RMA form and all items from the original purchase in a padded envelope,
and mail it to us at the address indicated on the RMA form. Please contact us via email firstname.lastname@example.org with any questions.
Please contact us before placing the RMA because sometimes we can actually resolve the problem with a simple fix.
We can not accept returns on the following items due to sanitary reasons: Cartridges, e-liquid, e-liquid accessories, and drip tips.
**Standard Atomizers carry a 7 Day Warranty and are Guaranteed to be NON-DOA(Dead On Arrival)**
Low resistance atomizers carry a NON-DOA warranty only. ECIGG must be notified within 48 hours upon any DOA items
NOTE: All refund requests MUST
be accompanied by an RMA form, be received within 30 days from the date
of the original order, and include all items from the original purchase.
We reserve the right to refuse any refund or to issue a partial refund
for any request that does not meet these requirements. You can also send us an email or call us to request an RMA. If you receive a defective or incorrect item we must be notified within 48 hours.
If any return appears to be damaged we can not issue a refund or warranty the item. Items can not be exchanged for other items even if the price reflects this. If you are a new customer to us we can not send out advance replacement parts until we receive the RMA item first. We did this in the past and never received the items back. If you have placed multiple orders with ecigg we will gladly send out advance replacements parts, but we still ask you to send the items back.
Customers are responsible for paying the shipping cost to return defective items.
